Yoga for a Heady Cold

Like lots of you out there I've got a cold today and feeling low energy and heady. So here's a short practice I'm doing today to help with draining sinuses and helping my head feel lighter. Make sure you rest lots today and don't overdo it. There are 4 poses in this sequence plus savasana. Get yourself a couple of blocks or a few folded up blankets and a bolster.

This practice will take you 20 minutes and then add on as much time as you can for savasana and you should feel some relief in the sinus area and your head will feel lighter. Enjoy and get better soon.
