Tools to get your mojo back

 

 

I've been reading a great book called 'Seeds of Change - Triage for the Soul' which couldn't have come at a better time. I admit that I've had probably the hardest two years of my life and at times I've lost my passion for life, I've felt pushed to my limits, I've seen an anger inside that I'm shocked is there and I've worked on functioning despite having no sleep and looking after a baby. I'm not saying its all been bad, not at all, but there have been some very dark periods.  In amongst all of this I've noticed that I lost my mojo at several stages and that all the things I felt inspired by didn't work anymore. Uh oh.

This is the book I wish I'd had by my side for those moments, its practical, its helpful and I'm glad to have discovered it. I'm in a happy place again but I have still found it useful, some of the tools I've used before and its nice to be reminded of them. They really do work so give them a go.
