>Space to breath


I tested out a new yoga class recently, I had no idea what to expect. It was a lot slower than I am normally used to but it was so refreshing, I felt I had space to breath again and wasn't rushing into the next asana. I really got the chance to 'be' in the pose and feel my body release into it and feel the space being created within the body. My breath felt so long and expansive and it was a joy to really savour each pose. I could feel the internal heat burning the 'stuff' I didn't need anymore and I am still feeling the benefits today. I look forward to slowing down my practice this week and really savouring each moment.
