Shrug the shoulders.
Inhale lift them up to your ears, exhale out through the mouth with a sigh as you drop them. Repeat 9 times and shed the tension built up around your neck, shoulders and upper back.
Yoga helps to break the habitual patterns we hold in our body. The more stressed you get, the more tense you get, the sympathetic nervous system then kicks in telling your body there is more urgency to do things, this creates more tension and there you have your feedback loop.
