>Yes, today I'm angry, I've had over a year of broken nights sleep and its really getting to me today so instead of resorting to the gin bottle I'm taking to my yoga mat to do a playful standing sequence that'll get me smiling again followed by some heart openers (backbends) and then a deeply nourishing savasana.
