>Wouldn't it be nice if we could fit the time into our lives for that daily yoga class or a week long retreat? Sometimes its just not possible and in those instances you can always find a few minutes at home to do a relaxation or meditation but we tend to get distracted.

My offering to you today is a short body & mind meditation, you literally have to do nothing (well apart from turn off the phone, find a quiet moment in your day to do it and thats it), simples right?
