The light of your spirit is shining bright but daily commitments and tasks can build up to mucky our energetic field.
We get so caught up in doing that it's a wise idea to rest more. When we are able to rest, our bodies return to a state of healing, it's natural ability to do that.
Give yourself space to heal, rest, let go and adjust back to your home frequency. For me, this is one of the biggest 'aha' moments of practicing meditation. I'm remembering how to be. In those moments of frustration and restlessness, my body is just letting go of what it doesn't need.
More and more my frequency has been my practice. How I manage myself, what I surround myself with, who I spend time with and how I spend my time. As I dive deeper into the energy work, I'm connected to this beautiful space of nothingness. That is everything. My home frequency. It's utter bliss, beyond me to find the right words.
The teachings I hear are about the need to slow down, everyday, make it's a fiercely guarded way of being. If we are to navigate the coming times, we must be more in touch with our bodies, our spirits, our energy and our intuition. Sit daily, just to be with yourself. Some call it meditation, others call it a sitting practice, strip away the dogma and find what suits you.
From a basic level, a huge difference will present itself in your day to day life. From a metaphysical level, there will be a freedom, an expansion and a knowing that comes. A return to a state of love.
