How to calm your nervous system

Settle your cells by becoming aware of your whole body, softening and centering into your physical presence here, right now. 

Feel the effervescence happening in your physical body, notice the parts that have no sensation. Welcome it all.  Meander through your body starting with the head and wander down through every part until you reach your toes. 

Breathe consciously, places in the body easing into softness, heart softening, cells settling. Be here now and soak up the temple that is your body. Honour it, bow to it, enjoy it.
