I had a situation recently that sent me into a right old spin, I didn't like who I'd been nor where I went in my head. It was the catalyst for change for me, reaching a rocky bottom made me sit up and pay attention. Where had 'I' gone, what had I let myself get into. It made me sit up, pay attention and shake off that habit, that pattern and return to where I'd left off earlier this summer. Lots of meditation, clear head space, peacefulness and self-care.
