Top 5 Yoga Websites - August

Top 5 Yoga Websites - August

Say hello to a new regular monthly blog post called Top 5 Yoga Websites. A helpful look at what's available on cyberspace. Lets face it, there are thousands of yoga resources these days so I'm going to pick out my favourites. If you have any to suggest, please get in touch or leave a comment below.

So without further ado, here are August's Top 5 Yoga Websites.

  1. Yoga Teacher Central - Full of great information and that's just on the FREE bit

  2. Yoga Journal - has a wealth of inspiration and even includes a sequence builder (although I find it a bit clunky)

  3. Sequencing Course - if you have some money to spend then I'm told this course by Jason Crandell via YogaGlo is really good. Its about £200 ($400). (If any of you have done it I'd love to hear more of what you've thought so I can add in a testimonial to this blog post.)

  4. Looking for inspiration for lesson plans? The Yoga Recipe & IdeaFit

  5. Matthew Remski - Great musings, discussions and deconstructions (thanks @rachel_and_yoga for the suggestion)

So that's it for August, I hope you find the information useful.

Let me know how you get on by leaving a comment below and also if you have any other great suggestions so I can include them next time.
