This class sounds absolutely wonderful. A chance to heal and go gently in your yoga, with guided meditative relaxations, breath work and restorative poses, its a great way to start your week. Classes are starting on 31st October 10am-11.15am, downstairs at the Wooden Belly Cafe, opposite main entrance to Queens Park, on Egremont Place in Brighton. It's a very gentle, healing class for people that need to re-connect, re-balance, and de-stress.
