Last night I recorded the class I taught all about appreciating the small things.
Enjoy this hour long class which has a slower, more restorative pace to it.
We start lying on the mat, come to a seated position for some soothing self massage before working stress out of our neck and shoulders. Then we focus on some standing poses, some breathing, backbends and then finally a long nourishing savasana.
We pay special attention to our ears, the crown of our head, our joints and our feet.
This class is perfect when your mind is whirring and you need to slow things down.
