Chakra Yoga Adventure - Anahata

This week we arrive at the Heart Centre - this is the place all about love and frankly (as I see it) love is really all there is.

Get yourself out into nature and feel your heart expand and your breath soften. Soak up the wonder of the woods and its soothing qualities. Reconnect to your heart through daily meditations and allowing yourself to soften the walls you may have put up around it. Gently nurse yourself back into an open heart space.

To feed your heart chakra choose leafy greens, green teas (see the theme yet), sage and thyme are good too. Think sprouting foods, rich in chloryphyll, asparagus, spinach, kiwi, avocado.

A handful of spinach or kale

Banana

a Kiwi

A teaspoon of green powder (spirulina, super greens, chlorella)

Some strawberries

Mineral/filtered water/Coconut juice

Whizz it all up and slurp away
